Graffiti: Art or Vandalism?

Some people view graffiti as art that improves the property while others see it as vandalism.  Choose a point of view and defend it. 

After posting your response, read your classmates' answers and post a substantive reply to a student with a different point of view.  Ask questions, present counterarguments and compliment strong points made.
